Our custom items are made to your specific design and are, by nature, personalized. As a result, these items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.

Before you finalize your purchase, please review all design specifications, measurements, and customization options carefully. By placing your order, you acknowledge that the item is made specifically to your requirements.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production Begins: Once your order is confirmed by email, your order cannot be canceled. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

  • After Production Begins: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once production is underway.

Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  • Production Error: If we make a mistake in the customization process, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement item.

Custom items that have been confirmed by you and produced to your specifications are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they fall under the categories of a production error or damage upon delivery.

Production Errors
If an error in production is confirmed, we will offer you either:

  • A full refund for the custom item, or

  • A replacement product produced correctly at no additional cost.
