Our custom items are made to your specific design and are, by nature, personalized. As a result, these items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.

Cancellation Policy
Before Production Begins: Once your order is confirmed by email, your order cannot be canceled. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
After Production Begins: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once production is underway.
Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
Production Error: If we make a mistake in the customization process, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement item.

Custom items that have been confirmed by you and produced to your specifications are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they fall under the categories of a production error or damage upon delivery.
Production Errors

A replacement product produced correctly at no additional cost.
